The Menstrual Health Coalition held an oral evidence session in Parliament on Monday, 15th July 2019 as part of the group’s inquiry into Heavy Menstrual Bleeding.
The session was attended by a range of stakeholders who each gave their input on questions asked by the panel.
Attendees were asked to consider questions such as:
1. Is there adequate diagnosis of and treatment for HMB?
2. Are NICE guidelines being followed effectively and do doctors understand the pathways?
3. How can we ensure best practice spreads and improve support for GPs?
